Privacy policy
Version 0.2 · Effective date follows legal review
This policy explains which personal data Stokly processes, why, for how long and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
Stokly is a product of AGTT B.V., Lange Kleiweg 14 Unit 1.15, 2288 GK Rijswijk, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 82713111 (establishment number 000048930709), VAT number NL861232331B01. For privacy questions, email info@stokly.nl.
2. Two roles
For data of website visitors, contact requests and accounts (name, email address, organisation) we are the controller.
For the data in counts (stock lists, plates, VINs, photos with location, names of counters and client contacts) we are a processor on behalf of the organisation that uses Stokly. The data processing agreement applies to that.
3. Which data and why
Account: name, email address and the organisation you work for, to let you sign in and determine your permissions (performance of the contract).
Use and security: technical logs (such as time, IP address and error messages) and an audit trail of changes, to keep the service secure and reliable (legitimate interest and the user's legal retention duties).
Contact: what you email us, to answer your question (legitimate interest).
Billing: company name, billing address, VAT number and payment status, to invoice (performance of the contract and tax retention duties).
4. Plates, VINs and photos
Plates, VINs, photos with GPS location and names can be personal data. We process them only to carry out the count for the organisation that uses Stokly, never for our own purposes.
5. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account exists. After the agreement ends you can still export your data for 90 days; after that we delete it. We keep contact requests up to 12 months after the last contact. We keep invoices for 7 years (tax law). We keep closed counts for as long as the user has set in Stokly.
6. Sharing
We use service providers for hosting, email and recognition. They are listed on the subprocessors page. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
7. Transfers outside the EU
We host in the EU. Where a service provider may process data outside the EU, we only allow that on a valid basis, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
8. Security
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. They are described on the Security page.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@stokly.nl. If the request concerns data in a count, we forward it to the organisation that manages the count.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
10. Cookies
This website only sets functional cookies. See the cookie policy.
11. Changes
When we change this policy, we update the version and date at the top.
