Terms and conditions

Version 0.2 · Effective date follows legal review

These terms apply to the use of Stokly. They supplement the NLdigital Terms, which apply to all agreements with AGTT B.V.

1. Parties

Stokly is provided by AGTT B.V., Lange Kleiweg 14 Unit 1.15, 2288 GK Rijswijk, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 82713111 (establishment number 000048930709), VAT number NL861232331B01. You can reach us at info@stokly.nl. Stokly is intended for businesses and organisations only, not for consumers.

2. Applicable terms

The NLdigital Terms apply to every agreement, supplemented by these terms. In case of conflict, these terms prevail. We send the NLdigital Terms on request.

3. Access

We arrange access to Stokly per organisation, based on a quote or agreement with AGTT B.V. Self sign-up is not possible. We set up your organisation and give the agreed people access.

4. Prices and term

Prices, term and cancellation are set out in the quote or agreement. Prices exclude VAT.

5. Fair use of recognition

Server-side recognition is subject to a fair-use allowance set out in the agreement. If it is far exceeded, we may temporarily limit server-side recognition; manual entry and on-device recognition keep working.

6. Invoicing and payment

We invoice as set out in the agreement. If an invoice is not paid on time, we may, after a reminder, limit access to read-only until payment is received. Your data stays available.

7. Your data

The data you put into Stokly remains yours. We process it as a processor under the data processing agreement. You can always export your data.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep Stokly available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We announce planned maintenance in advance.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in the NLdigital Terms, and in any case to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the District Court of Midden-Nederland.
