Stokly runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU. Your data and files are stored in the EU.
Your data, well protected
Stock lists, plates and photos are confidential. This is how we handle them.
Isolated per organisation
Each organisation sees only its own data. This is enforced in the database itself (row-level security), not just in the app.
Secure sign-in
Sign in with your Microsoft work account or with a one-time code by email. Business users set up a second step (SMS or passkey). There are no passwords to leak.
Encrypted
All traffic uses HTTPS. Data and files are encrypted at rest.
Files scanned
Uploaded files are scanned for malware before anyone can open them.
Audit trail
Every change is recorded on the server: who, what and when. That log cannot be edited.
Closed means closed
A closed count is locked. Scans, rows and results can no longer be changed afterwards.
No trackers
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
